URBN is searching for a Manager, Leadership Development to join the organizaton. The Manager, Leadership Development plays a critical role in designing and delivering engaging, high-impact learning experiences that grow leadership capability across the organization. This role requires strong facilitation skills and a passion for engaging learners in both in-person and virtual settings. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to support the design and execution of blended learning programs, cohort-based initiatives, and learning resources aligned with company strategy.

Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-quality leadership development experiences, both in person and virtually.
- Design and develop learning content, toolkits, facilitator guides, and blended program materials using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Translate business priorities, leadership competencies, and employee feedback into meaningful learning experiences.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to assess needs, gather insights, and iterate on programming.
- Contribute to cohort and event logistics, including scheduling, communications, participant engagement, and stakeholder updates.
- Leverage learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LinkedIn Learning) to support delivery, feedback collection, and content tracking.
- Support program evaluation by helping gather, analyze, and communicate key data and feedback.
- Stay curious and current. Research leadership trends, benchmark against other companies, and bring fresh thinking to our offerings.
- Act as a credible facilitator and ambassador for the Talent Development team.
- Support the future implementation of 360 feedback tools, including coordination, facilitation of debriefs, and integration of insights into ongoing leadership development plans.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure leadership development integrates with other talent and culture efforts.
- 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years specifically focused on leadership development.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading live, blended, or cohort-based sessions
- Experience designing learning content using adult learning principles and instructional design methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skill
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with learning systems and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, LMS tools)
