This role demands a detail-oriented individual to support multiple functions across the business. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Analyze sales and customer loyalty trends to inform forecasting efforts
• Create, maintain and update forecast models
• Provide analytical support for a variety of departments including, but not limited to, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and develop tools that assist or improve their internal processes
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data to drive strategic decision-making
• Organize data and analysis results into easy-to-understand slide decks, memos, and reports
• Organize institutional knowledge and document processes, business rules, data flows, etc. for future reference
  
  

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to support multiple, concurrent workstreams and projects while adhering to deadlines
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills in a professional setting
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Compensation & Total Rewards

The expected pay range for this position is $80,100 to $100,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
