We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Enterprise Analyst to join our Global Insights & Analytics Team. This role demands a detail-oriented individual to support multiple functions across the business. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, agility to jump between multiple workstreams, effective communication skills, and strong time management. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
The expected pay range for this position is $80,100 to $100,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.

Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Analyze sales and customer loyalty trends to inform forecasting efforts
- Create, maintain and update forecast models
- Provide analytical support for a variety of departments including, but not limited to, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and develop tools that assist or improve their internal processes
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data to drive strategic decision-making
- Organize data and analysis results into easy-to-understand slide decks, memos, and reports
- Organize institutional knowledge and document processes, business rules, data flows, etc. for future reference
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to support multiple, concurrent workstreams and projects while adhering to deadlines
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills in a professional setting
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Office Location - Newport Beach, CA. Hybrid schedule: M/F – remote; T/W/Th – onsite.
