We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Residential Development and Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager(s) in overseeing the development and construction of luxury single-family residential communities and resort style developments. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from pre-construction through final delivery by managing schedules, documentation, vendor coordination, and communication across teams.
Essential Job Functions
This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Residential Development and Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager(s) in overseeing the development and construction of luxury single-family residential communities and resort style developments. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from pre-construction through final delivery by managing schedules, documentation, vendor coordination, and communication across teams.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist the Project Manager(s) in planning, coordinating, and executing luxury single-family residential communities and resort style projects.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update timelines as needed.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Monitor budgets, review and recommend vendor contracts for approval, process contract change orders, and track project expenditures.
- Coordinate and attend project meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting minutes, prepare quarterly Board meeting presentations.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in problem-solving to keep projects on track.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or real estate development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Excel, Project and accounting software (e.g., Sage, etc).
- Experience with permitting, budgeting, and contract administration preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
