Description

JOB SUMMARY

This position has responsibility to lead growth across digital marketing channels, executing and optimizing campaigns, managing paid advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO, with a strong focus on performance metrics and channel optimization.

Essential Functions

  • Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy for ENVE’s DTC, Industry Pro, and B2B audiences, including campaign content development, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
  • Oversee affiliate marketing initiatives, optimizing partnerships for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Implement SEO improvements to enhance organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify reports to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY/POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time position working a 9/80 schedule. Regular onsite attendance is expected and required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (R) = Required (P) = Preferred (Equivalent combinations will be considered)

(R) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

(R) 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing, paid media management, and eCommerce growth strategies.

(R) Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).

(R) Experience with SEO best practices, email campaign development, and affiliate marketing platforms.

(P) Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.

(P) Familiarity with the cycling or outdoor industry is a plus.

(R) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

(R) Ability to use a computer/tablet/keyboard.

(R) Ability to read, write, and speak English.

  • Highly analytical and performance-driven, with a data-first approach to marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to optimize campaigns in real-time, develop email strategies, and scale marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Creative mindset to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and campaign strategies
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently with general instruction and limited supervision to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Physical / Visual Requirements

  • Ability to work in a typical professional office environment, using standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, copier, etc.).
  • Requires sitting for long periods of time at a keyboard but can also require standing, walking, using hands to feel, bend, grasp, pull, push, stoop or stretch to perform the functions of this position.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Must be able to visually review content.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift product, supplies and materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
