Responsibilities

  • Campaign Optimization: Experience in optimizing digital marketing campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve ROI.
  • Channel Expertise: Proficiency in specific digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing) with a deep understanding of best practices and strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced skills in analyzing and interpreting data from various digital marketing tools, deriving actionable insights to drive strategy.
  • Content Strategy: Contributing to the development of content strategies aligned with marketing goals and target audience needs, focusing on engagement and conversion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technical platforms to optimize marketing efforts and workflows.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years previous experience in marketing or with a digital agency
  • Detailed understanding and practical application of search engine optimization initiatives
  • Certifications preferred: Advanced Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, Looker Studio, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display
  • Demonstrated acumen with CMS and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Constant Contact CRM, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.)
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Understanding of website optimization tools and conversion tracking practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt and leverage emerging technologies
  • Ability to jump from task to task and client to client. Must be able to stay organized and focused in fast paced environments
