Our client is a growing national organization that provides commercial HVAC equipment, technical services, aftermarket support, and rental solutions through a network of industry-leading companies. They are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist who will also coordinate projects.
This role serves as the dedicated digital marketing and demand generation specialist for HVAC RNTL, driving the brand's growth strategy across multiple markets throughout the United States. Reporting into Corporate Marketing, this position will execute and optimize digital visibility, lead generation, campaign performance, sales enablement, and brand building initiatives for a fast-scaling rental business.
This is a hands-on, hybrid execution and coordination role. You'll balance direct digital marketing work—building content, optimizing campaigns, managing platforms—with project coordination across internal teams and external agencies. You'll own timelines, manage vendor relationships, align stakeholders, and drive execution while progressively bringing more digital capabilities in-house.
Location: Irving, TX (DFW Metroplex) with hybrid flexibility
What You'll Do
- Own execution of HVAC RNTL's digital marketing strategy, including SEO, local search, AI optimization, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media across multiple U.S. markets
- Drive lead generation and demand generation programs that improve qualified opportunity flow, pipeline visibility, and conversion performance
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors; coordinate deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives
- Manage organic search visibility through keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, local search management, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Coordinate paid digital campaigns including Google Search Ads, geo-targeted programs, display advertising, retargeting, LinkedIn, and other paid channels; optimize for lead quality and return on ad spend
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows that improve engagement and conversion
- Create and publish marketing content including blog articles, case studies, customer success stories, product collateral, spec sheets, social media content, and lead-generation resources
- Develop sales enablement resources including presentations, pitch decks, proposal templates, equipment cut sheets, technical materials, and customer-facing collateral that help sales teams win deals
- Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries, campaign documentation, and resource repositories to ensure accessibility and consistency across the organization
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign, website, SEO, PPC, email, and social performance; identify optimization opportunities and drive measurable improvements in key metrics
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Range = $80,000 - $95,000+ (dependent on experience/background)
