About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Analytics professional to launch our marketing analytics function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Director of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize the performance of all marketing spend and all marketing campaigns. You will manage data collection, generate insights, and collaborate with teams to measure marketing effectiveness. Role Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help inform marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and grow new business.
  • Own the optimization of paid marketing channels such as Facebook/Meta and/or Google AdWords.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels to optimize performance.
  • Help design tests, measure results, and provide recommendations for all marketing efforts.
  • Own data hygiene and attribution for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sources to enable effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment on data needs, forecasts, and performance metrics critical to achieving KPIs.
  • Build key marketing analytics functions such as weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, attribution, lead routing, and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing performance.
  • Lead the creation of tracking mechanisms and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key marketing metrics.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the integrity and accessibility of marketing data to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary information to drive results.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and analytics. Experience selling to SMB is a plus.
  • Proficient in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to drive decisions and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot) and experienced in using marketing automation and CRM systems to manage campaigns and track ROI
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
