Duration: 6 months contract (Hybrid)

Job Description

• The role is ideal for recent graduates in Human Resources or Business looking to gain hands-on HR experience.
• The individual will support Tier 1 HR functions, employee inquiries, and system updates, playing a key role in maintaining smooth HR operations.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Answer employee emails and phone calls related to HR matters, resolving most within 24 hours.
• Open and close HR tickets in ServiceNow.
• Provide Tier 1 support for HR applications, benefits, compensation, staffing, and learning inquiries.
• Enter and audit employee data changes and new hires in Workday.
• Conduct mini new hire orientations, including I-9 completion and document collection.
• Schedule and create courses in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Process employee terminations and conduct exit interviews.
• Generate reports from various HR systems.
• Maintain and update employee records and files.
  
  

Experience

• Less than 1 year of professional HR experience required.
• Internships or academic project work in HR/Business preferred but not mandatory.
• Customer service or office/administrative experience is a plus.
  
  

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn:
• Workday
• ServiceNow
• LMS platforms
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
