The minimum salary for the EV Transaction Manager position is $75,000 annually or $36.06 per hour, with a maximum of $85,000 annually or $40.87 per hour. Compensation is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate on real estate plans aligned with client EV objectives.
- Aid in project initiation, scope definition, and prioritization.
- Coordinate documentation of business terms for real estate assets.
- Monitor and maintain project pipelines and tracking software.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Resolve any landlord and tenant disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of services.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience.
- Real Estate salesperson license required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and mathematical abilities.
