We are seeking a resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant to support our sales-facing Executive Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain business experience in a dynamic, stable, and industry-leading company while interacting with key individuals and departments. The Executive Assistant will provide critical administrative and personal support, requiring a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and strong customer service skills.

This position will be hybrid at least 3 days a week at our Home Office in Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including booking itineraries, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments.
  • Interact frequently with sales partners, handling inquiries, and scheduling with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and tenacity in managing shifting priorities and new challenges; approach tasks with an out-of-the-box perspective and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders with a customer-first approach, not hesitating to reach out via phone or email. Maintain high standards of professionalism, particularly with sensitive information.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year as an Executive Assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, highlighting a strong work ethic and commitment to professional development.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Adaptable to changing priorities and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Reliable transportation to accommodate the hybrid schedule (3-4 days per week in office as needed).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adequate math skills as needed for administrative tasks.
