Contract type: Full time
Location: College Station, TX (In-Person + Travel)

Cash Comp: $55k-75k (based on experience) + bonuses or incentives for performance

About The Role

This is not your average assistant gig. This is a launchpad.

Frogslayer is seeking a badass Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s gatekeeper, execution partner, and behind-the-scenes force driving both personal and company-wide strategic initiatives. From managing communications to coordinating exclusive client events, keeping internal operations tight, and supporting CEO social media efforts — you'll be in the thick of it all.

We're looking for someone who can keep up with the pace, navigate ambiguity, and become an indispensable part of the CEO’s inner circle. This is a high-contact, high-trust role with significant long-term upside — including a path to Chief of Staff for the right person.

If you're someone with a servant’s heart, sharp instincts, and something to prove, this might just be your dream job.

CEO Enablement & Strategic Support

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel & logistics, and priorities with discretion and foresight
  • Pre-read, prep, and brief the CEO for meetings; capture and follow up on key takeaways
  • Serve as gatekeeper and trusted advisor, helping protect the CEO’s time and energy
  • Support CEO's special projects and key initiatives like (ex: book research and executive interviews, exclusive client events & trips, client gifting program, annual summit, etc.)

Communications, Social, & Brand Presence

  • Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn and personal social media presence
  • Respond to DMs, manage outreach, and coordinate thought leadership campaigns
  • Draft internal company-wide communications and memos
  • Help draft and improve board decks, onboarding decks, and speaking presentations

Internal Ops, Culture, & Execution

  • Light PM work: keep priorities, to-dos, and cross-functional follow-ups on track
  • Help with employee recognition and team celebrations
  • Help plan internal events, strategic offsites, and board meetings
  • Support the CEO with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in or near College Station, TX (non-negotiable)
  • Min. 1–3 years of professional experience (high aptitude > resume; no experience okay if exceptional)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Communications preferred)
  • Ability to travel during week
  • Pro at Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), Slack, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, ChatGPT
  • Able to build rapport and establish trust quickly with CEO
  • Obsessively organized, naturally curious, tech-forward, and deeply loyal
  • An ambitious operator who wants to accelerate their career and isn’t afraid of long hours, high expectations, or navigating ambiguity
  • Are organized to the extreme and love bringing order to chaos
  • Are a strong communicator who can write in another person's voice
  • Know how to operate with confidentiality, professionalism, and urgency
  • Bonus: background in hospitality / service, or customer experience

Career Path & Perks

  • Path to Chief of Staff for high-performers who demonstrate trust, loyalty, and impact
  • Early exposure to C-level strategy, growth planning, and enterprise relationships
  • Competitive compensation and travel opportunities
  • Direct impact on company growth, operations, and culture
  • Work in a fast-paced, no-BS, high-expectation environment
