What You’ll Do
As a Home Care RN, you’ll:
- Deliver personalized nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Current RN license in the State of Maryland
- At least 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Pay Range: $35.80-$57.28 Per Hour
