Duties May Include
- Reconciliation of inventory
- Holding staff accountable for our standards.
- Ensuring guests are having a great experience.
- Maintenance of the POS System
- Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
- Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the restaurant.
- Follow the restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
- Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings
- Able to learn and use POS System (Aloha Pos)
- Able to lift a minimum of 10-25 lbs.
- Complete training in all areas of the restaurant
- Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to grow your wine knowledge!
- Serve Safe or Local DOH Certification Required
- Managing a team of 12 employees
