About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our cross-disciplinary team in shaping and evolving Forrester’s global brand. Reporting to the director of multimedia content production, this role will focus heavily on designing impactful graphical design deliverables for published reports, event presentations, and compelling data visualizations that transform Forrester’s cutting-edge research into clear, engaging visuals. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with analysts, researchers, and consultants, working largely behind the paywall to support research-driven deliverables with a heavy use of PowerPoint. Additionally, this individual will contribute to designing keynote event presentations for global event cycles and occasionally support marketing efforts on an ad-hoc basis. Bonus points for motion graphics experience, familiarity with generative AI (genAI) and proficiency with tools like Canva. As a member of the dynamic multimedia and graphics team, the Graphic Designer will be part of a creative and collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, a positive spirit, and a supportive culture.

Job Description:
- Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to simplify and communicate complex research insights.
- Create infographics and diagrams to support storytelling and research concepts.
- Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and consultants to produce research-driven deliverables.
- Contribute to the design of keynote event presentations for Forrester’s global event cycles.
- Provide design support for marketing initiatives as needed, including the creation of campaign assets and promotional collateral.
- Maintain consistency with Forrester’s visual brand identity across all project deliverables.
- Education and experience: bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience, with more than two years of relevant work experience in an agency or in-house design team.
- Collaboration skills: strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including offshore teams.
- Presentation design expertise: advanced skills in designing polished PowerPoint presentations and creating effective data visualizations.
- Design proficiency: strong typography, layout design, and ability to create cohesive visual systems with a modern aesthetic that follows Forrester’s brand standards.
- Software knowledge: expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency with PowerPoint; Canva, motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects), and familiarity with genAI is a bonus.
- Organizational skills: exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Work on diverse projects, including data visualizations, event presentations, and research-driven deliverables.
