Responsible for providing hands-on, in-depth support to Operations on current and future HR initiatives, with an emphasis in technology, in support of business objectives. Provides on-site or virtual implementation, adoption, and sustainment support of HR technologies and processes in multiple facilities and in multiple geographic areas across the operations network. Oversees implementation, progress, and sustainment across locations by monitoring key metrics and ensuring compliance to established procedures and standards.
Essential Functions
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience required in professional administrative support or related area.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management, explain complex and/or confidential information.
Knowledge of virtual communication and learning platforms, including WebEx Training, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
Time management and organizational skills necessary to appropriately prioritize workload, meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs
Ability to act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work outside regular schedule to accommodate different times zones or on weekends and/or evenings when needed.
Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
Job Conditions
Minimal travel required.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Bachelors degree, 2+ years in operations, experience analyzing data to formulate solutions and action items. Experience working cross functionally to achieve a common goal. Experience preparing, presenting, and scripting content in PowerPoint.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $25.42/hour - $42.38/hour
Additional Details: This position is eligible for telecommuting and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories. (SH27)

Essential Functions
- Acts as the primary point of contact/SME for assigned geographies to provide on-site and virtual support and communication of existing processes/technology systems
- Leads on-site and virtual implementation of new functionalities in supporting technology systems in assigned locations.
- This will include best practices and dedicated training presenter, facilitator, and producer in supporting and re-enforcing .
- Performs other duties as required.
- This role facilitates communication with operations stakeholders to ensure the completion of tasks critical to the success of new and evolving processes and technology.
- The ability to effectively educate senior and mid-level management on the use of new products and assist with sustainment.
- Provide superior customer service, acting as a reliable subject matter expert and trusted business partner.
- Serve as a supportive role in N2.0 optimization and the My Schedule ecosystem, as well as projects, cross-functional initiatives, and drives.
- The selected candidates must be able to perform as a presenter, facilitator, and producer in supporting and re-enforcing training to achieve desired project results.
- Consults, collaborates and executes learning plans in coordination with leadership.
