Essential Functions
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years experience in project management, product development, business /financial and analysis or systems design/development.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Project management/planning software.
Analytical organization/planning.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $4,881.62/month - $8,461.48/month

Essential Functions
- Develops alternatives to accomplish departmental planning objectives.
- Provides project communication, documentation and coordination independently.
- Assists in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with physical identity and access management systems.
- Proficiency in using Workday, ServiceNow, LenelS2, IBM (photo capture), RightCrowd, and ENTRUST.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve project processes.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to new technologies and procedures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of compliance and security standards related to identity management.
- The desired location for this position would hybrid in Collierville (Memphis), Tennessee or Coraopolis (Pittsburgh), Pennsylvania; however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
