Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to design, implement and proactively manage a superior software experience for our clients.
  • Host client-facing meetings to understand and document clients’ business processes.
  • Configure applications based on business needs and accepted best practices.
  • Perform consultation/analysis of client business model to identify and document client requirements regarding Tyler products and functionality.
  • May recommend options for new approaches in client work processes as appropriate to ensure efficient interface solution for the client’s needs.
  • May identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, configuration, and other relevant changes.
  • Notify management and appropriate organization/department of issues or unplanned events that could impact the effectiveness/schedule/budget of the implementation.
  • Create both client-facing and internal documentation such as "quick tips" and "how tos".
  • Act as liaison between the client and the company’s technical staff including conveying technical information so that non-technical individuals can understand.
  • Work closely with implementation field staff, Project Managers, and clients to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues and ensure training days are not interrupted.
  • Provide follow-up assistance to clients on highly complex applications or processes, as necessary.
  • Work closely with clients, internal business units, and third-party vendors to ensure successful data transfer between products.
  • May participate in the annual User Conference. Facilitate user group discussion on assigned modules/topics.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
  • 5-50% travel expected.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and customer service.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including but not limited to Visio and related tools).
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be successful working on highly visible deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate across team or division boundaries
  • Proven ability to consult successfully with clients by exhibiting sound judgment and presenting viable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing, managing, and executing multiple priorities successfully.
  • Amazing team player and constant learner.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Ability to use low-code tooling to configure project deliverables.
  • Familiarity with SQL a plus
