FAUS Glass is seeking a self-driven and experienced Installation Strategy Manager to oversee the coordination and installation of residential glass projects. This pivotal role involves taking precise measurements on job sites, drafting work tickets, coordinating with the office for materials procurement, scheduling installation timelines, and assisting installers. The right candidate will transition into a more planning- and scheduling-focused position as FAUS Glass expands in the Salt Lake City and Park City markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure jobs / projects accurately and record precise dimensions
• Document measurements clearly on work tickets for office use
• Coordinate procurement of materials with the office team
• Handle customer disputes professionally
• Schedule installations and manage project timelines
• Assist installers with glass installation when necessary
• Act as the key liaison between the field and the office
• Support expansion efforts into SLC and Park City by optimizing project management and coordination
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and communication throughout every project phase
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential glazing, construction, or field operations
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and design documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-manage, follow through, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in measurement, documentation, and project coordination
• Must provide own tools for field work
• OSHA 10 certification preferred
• Not open to entry-level applicants
