As An Inventory Management Specialist, You Will
- Conduct shipboard and warehouse supply and logistics audits for compliance with existing contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct physical inventories and reconcile results in the inventory management software application.
- Identify excess material and prepare material for offload and shipment.

- Experience in the application of shipboard supply management, repair part and consumable material inventory control.
- Experience in material storage and transfer, equipment configuration management, ship allowance, list management and processing of excess material.
- Experience performing shipboard inventories and applying results to the designated inventory management software application.
To Qualify For The GS-11 On Experience, You Must Have At Least One Year Of Experience Equal Or Equivalent To The GS-09 It Must Include
- Experience in the application of documented inventory management regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure receipt and material identification of spare parts and equipment is properly documented.
- Experience the management and analysis of inventory data within a designated inventory management software application.
- Experience in application of shipboard and/or warehouse inventory and material identification processes to conduct research to resolve item discrepancies.
