Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the IT department in various tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field of information technology.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, network improvements, and software implementations.
- Document IT procedures, processes, and configurations.
- Assist in the management of IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Support the IT team in ensuring the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Other job activities as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.

- Safety glasses and hearing protection as required.
- ESD smock and grounding equipment as required.
