Job Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Buyer to lead high-impact sourcing initiatives and manage key supplier relationships across the Enterprise. This role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies particularly in the indirect space, fostering internal and external collaboration, and driving supplier innovation through the introduction of new technologies and value-enhancing solutions. The ideal candidate will identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, streamline processes, and optimize efficiency while mitigating risk and managing costs. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and the ability to build strong relationships, this position provides insightful analysis and reporting to senior leadership to support continuous improvement and strategic growth.

What You Need To Be Considered For The Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or other related field required.
- Minimum of one (1) years of broad experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field required.
- Broad exposure to automated Purchasing systems in an integrated ERP environment.
- Excellent “win-win” negotiation skillset and mindset.
- Must be able to travel between Grande facilities and suppliers 20% of the time.
- ISM or APICS Certifications (CPSM or CSCP) highly desired.
- Active participation in the Institute of Supply Chain Management, or other professional organization linked to procurement or Supply Chain Management.
