Job Overview

Brilar LLC is urgently hiring Landscape Enhancement Crew Members to deliver high-quality landscaping enhancements across commercial properties. In this critical role, you'll execute detailed projects including landscape installs, plantings, and seasonal improvements. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll help create beautiful outdoor environments while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform enhancement services such as planting, mulching, transplanting, and shrub pruning.
• Operate landscaping tools and machinery (skid steers, chainsaws, backhoes, etc.).
• Assist with snow removal services during the winter season.
• Prepare daily materials, tools, and equipment for job site operations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Communicate with the crew leader regarding tasks, schedule, and any service issues.
• Participate in training crew members on enhancement best practices.
• Represent Brilar LLC with professionalism in all interactions.
• Embrace continuous learning and improvement within the landscaping field.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape enhancement, install is preferred.
• Ability to work with materials such as mulch, edging, trees, and shrubs.
• Competence or willingness to learn operation of landscaping equipment (skid steer, backhoe, etc.).
• Snow removal experience is a plus.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in various weather conditions.
• Available for on-call work 24/7 during winter, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and consent to random or incident-related testing.
