Parkside Place is seeking a Leasing Agent. You'll be working closely with our growth team, helping us with administrative and marketing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.
Tax Credit Experience Is Required.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities
- Always be selling - over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood
- Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
- Specific Details: Onesite Software
- Tax credit experience
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Must have experience, social media savvy marketing experience a plus
