Reporting to the VP, Leadership, Talent and Organizational Transformation and Change, this is a highly visible role requiring a professional with the strongest standards of excellence focused on delivering best practices and ensuring effective, high-impact results across the system.
The Manager, Leadership and Organization Development focuses on designing and implementing leadership and organization development programs. This role will focus on cultivating leadership potential, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving employee engagement through targeted development initiatives, including culture transformation, talent optimization, and leadership capability building.

The Manager, Leadership and Organization Development focuses on designing and implementing leadership and organization development programs. This role will focus on cultivating leadership potential, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving employee engagement through targeted development initiatives, including culture transformation, talent optimization, and leadership capability building.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization on talent-related strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement throughout the organization
- Design robust evidence-based leadership development programs for all levels of leaders across the organization (emerging leaders, mid-level managers, senior executives).
- Conduct regular assessments of leadership competencies and provide feedback to leaders for their growth and development.
- Provide coaching, incorporating insights from available leadership assessments.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform organizational development strategies and measure their effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational culture.
- Work with leaders and teams to develop, implement, and evaluate talent development programs that enhance employee skills, management capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and introduce frameworks, tools, and methodologies to assess and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end process of leadership and organizational development programs, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Partner with HR teams to ensure alignment of leadership and organization development initiatives with talent management and workforce planning strategies
- Ensure the design and execution of initiatives, based on surveys and feedback mechanisms, that promote employee engagement and a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

- Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Bachelors degree in organizational development, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or comparable experience
- 7-9 years of experience in organization development, human resources, leadership development or related fields, preferably in the healthcare sector
