ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Oversee case managers, including hiring, training, disciplinary action etc.
- Under the guidance of the program director, plans, directs, and coordinates all case management services.
- Assist with the development, interpretation, and implementation of the policies and procedures for all staff.
- Supervises case conferences, meeting with staff weekly to assess client progress.
- Promote client relations by assisting with receiving complaints and compliments, investigating, and resolving all complaints.
- Ensures that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to by staff.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Master’s degree in social work or Mental Health Counseling
- Independent license issued by NYS.
- Minimum three to five years of experience working in Social Services.
- Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role
- Bilingual in Spanish required
