The role of Manager Wellness, Ecommerce/Digital is responsible for increasing digital topline sales by optimizing conversion and profitability for the Wellness business. The Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the overall site experience to support the evolving and growing category – they will do this by influencing and liaising with the Digital team who will execute the site strategy and guest experience. This role will bring a specialized focus on brand product strategies, leveraging expertise in digital merchandising, guest experience development and data analytics, and will play a key part in ensuring that the online guest experience is seamless, intuitive, and is aligned and supports the overall Wellness business. This role will also play a part in engaging within the broader Ecommerce/Digital team to design and execute the Wellness business across Digital teams. This role will also activate and connect Wellness assets across our Community, online Marketplace, and more. The Manager Wellness Ecommerce/Digital will work cross-functionally with Marketing and Merchandising leaders and teams, and within the Wellness organization; it is a highly visible role that requires clear communication and strong executive presence.   • gories.Marketing: Create comprehensive Email/Mobile/Site marketing strategies to optimize profitable sales in alignment with overall Wellness strategies and priorities. Collaborate with broader cross-functional teams to drive the creation of compelling and engaging content and ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. This includes overseeing the email calendar, pagination, and spearheading the creation of an exceptional guest experience. Utilizing data-driven insights, measure and analyze the site engagement and adjust exposure to improve performance. Additionally, serve as the liaison with the Digital Marketing team providing support for paid search and affiliate strategies as

The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $120,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
