Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and print.
- Create, design and produce compelling digital and print collateral (brochures, catalogs, ads) that align with brand standards and messaging goals.
- Help manage and maintain a well-organized marketing asset library and content calendar—ensuring projects stay on schedule and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand technical product features and translate them into compelling marketing materials.
- Support planning and execution of event and trade show displays, logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and lead capture.
- Support content creation efforts such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Great at communicating, staying organized, and juggling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn technical product details.
- Familiarity with marketing and social platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience driving initiatives from concept to completion.
