We are looking for a motivated Office and Events Manager to join our growing team!
Job Responsibility Summary
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external company events, including meals, holiday gatherings, charitable events, and volunteer activities.
- Serve as the on-site coordinator and main point of contact for all events.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and event logistics; develop event budgets and verify supplier invoices.
- Collect and evaluate subcontractor quotes for office improvements; support annual office budgeting.
- Manage daily office operations, including workspace aesthetics, supply procurement, food/beverage orders, and mail/delivery handling.
- Administer the company’s main phone line system.
- Schedule and monitor company vehicle use and maintenance.
- Manage office communications including digital Welcome Board and event invitations.
- Oversee the Employee Milestone Program.
- Provide executive-level administrative support as required.
- Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

- Proficiency with computer systems and software tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational planning.

- Effective time management and the ability to perform under deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.

- OMI Industries manufactures odor eliminating solutions. Chemical exposure to raw materials including plant oils, fragrances, and other materials will occur.
- This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday.
- The role is primarily sedentary, involving long periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50lbs. (e.g., laptops, marketing materials, product).
- The position is based in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels.
