Belle trains and manages a network of nail technicians or “Belle Technicians” who provide in-home foot care (aka medical pedicures). Belle uses cutting edge data science to identify those most in need on behalf of health plans and deploys its services accordingly. While in the home, Belle Technicians complete assessments and screenings, often being the first to identify emerging issues below and above the knee. As these issues arise, a team of remote nurses coordinate care with other healthcare providers - preventing serious and costly episodes.

About this Role Belle is hiring a full time Operations Manager to lead a regional team and all associated operations. The perfect candidate will have a passion for efficient and effective operations as well as an ability to manage and mentor teammates. The Operations Manager is expected to oversee and report on all regional operations while managing the P&L to specific benchmarks. This critical leader will effectively lead a $5M+ business and 6 direct reports in charge of our technician workforce. Responsibilities Supervise and guide Midwest Regional Managers to manage daily operations Ensure operational compliance across policies and procedures Foster a work environment that optimizes regional KPIs Implement corrective action where KPIs are not being met Manage all Midwest reporting and financial Liaise with Implementer(s) to ensure progress of new Midwest contracts Create BT recruiting guidelines to ensure that high quality, and capable candidates are interviewed and create a viable BT Pipeline Collaborate with Education Department to track and improve service quality Own and report on newly implemented Midwest regions at the BT level As needed, effectively manage regional Belle Technician operations, including: Lead onboarding and training efforts Manage BT appointment optimization Optimize equipment procurement procedures Ensure BT performance levels are meeting or exceeding expectations Resolve BT issues in a timely manner Develop and drive positive culture throughout Belle Technicians Report on the efficiency and effectiveness of your region’s operations Work with different departments (e.g., HR, Engineering, Enrollment, Member Experience) to ensure strong internal communication Experience, Skills, & Personality 6+ years of operations experience; preferred experience in startups and/or launching new business divisions Track record of building a strong operational structure in a new market Ability to manage, track and report on multiple KPIs, including both operational and financial metrics Strong data and analytics skills Experience managing, coaching and retaining employees Exemplary communication skills A natural delegator who has the ability to call on other team members when help is needed Proven team management success; strong problem solving and organizational skills Comfortable navigating new and ambiguous situations Adhere to any and all company policies and standards while also holding others accountable Some travel required (<20%) Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental and vision benefits 401k PTO and Sick Time Flexible work environment Opportunity for significant career growth and expansion of responsibilities Ability to reshape an industry and protect lives Belle is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that proudly pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
