You will report to the Director of Product and play a critical role in improving and growing key product offerings that support our most important business objectives. As a Product Owner, you will advocate for the customer, define and shape the product vision and scope, prioritize and manage the product backlog, and champion feature adoption and utilization across the organization. Your work will directly influence how providers and patients experience our web applications.
As a Product Owner You Will
Be accountable for the success of your products by maximizing the impact and efficiency of the development team. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that each item is clearly defined, well-ordered, and aligned to deliver the highest value toward business and customer goals.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration, facilitate sprint activities, and translate complex business needs into actionable requirements that the development team can confidently execute. Working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, you will ensure a shared understanding of the product vision, project scope, and objectives.
You will continuously refine the product backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and adapt to the product vision as new insights emerge. This role is suited for a career-level professional with demonstrated experience managing products of increasing complexity, capable of working independently while collaborating across teams. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years of relevant product management experience are typically required.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably with web applications or SaaS.
- 3-5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business needs.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs to maximize value.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Highly motivated to develop expertise and grow as a product owner.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- CSPO or similar product certification preferred.
