Major Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain the standards of safety and organization of the work area.
- Maintain the standard of safety and organization of the work area
- Support the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization in quality aspects .
- Responsible for the assembly process of the different mattress configuration/models as per AWI and operation position.
- Ensure mattress is packed and labeled correctly according to AWI.
- Follow team leader instructions to complain with the operation plan.
- Meeting Company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills & Experience
- One to five years’ previous production assembly experience.
- Ability to solve problems in a practical manner.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
