Location: Staten Island, NY
What You'll Do
- Support project managers on active plumbing and HVAC projects.
- Research materials and equipment, and assist with job costing and estimates.
- Write, edit, and format maintenance and service reports.
- Maintain accurate job records, documents, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Use Microsoft Office and AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline daily operations.
- Coordinate with technicians, customers, and management to help keep projects on schedule.
- Primarily work from the office, with occasional travel to job sites for meetings.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Experience with, or a strong interest in, using AI tools to improve workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to research materials, equipment, and pricing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Mechanical experience is preferred and will be given priority over general construction experience, though construction experience is also welcome.
- Plumbing or HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within the company.
- Salary: $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on relevant experience.
