What Youll Do

• Oversee day-to-day project management for reactive and scheduled
  
  

maintenance work

• Communicate with clients at both corporate and store levels to align
  
  

expectations

• Manage work orders, timelines, documentation, and billing in FEXA
• Coordinate with internal techs and external vendors to ensure work
  
  

is completed on time and within budget

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
• Review job costs, subcontractor invoices, and client billing
• Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety and
  
  

OSHA guidelines

• Attend company meetings and participate in internal improvement
  
  

initiatives

• Projects completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams
