We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in the Davie area. This is an opportunity to join a reputable and fast-growing general contractor with a strong pipeline of healthcare work across South Florida.

Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in commercial and healthcare construction projects across Florida. Known for their quality work, strong client relationships, and supportive team culture, they have a consistent backlog of hospital, surgical center, and medical office buildouts ranging from $5M-$50M. With a collaborative leadership team and commitment to innovation, they offer a long-term growth platform for construction professionals.
Description
Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning and budgeting to final turnover
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery
Maintain strong communication with healthcare clients and internal stakeholders
Monitor project schedules, safety compliance, cost control, and quality standards
Lead project meetings, review contract documents, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensure all work is executed according to healthcare regulatory standards and AHCA compliance when required
Profile
5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in healthcare projects
Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and healthcare-specific building requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors, budgets, and project schedules
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Job Offer
