Project manager- Healthcare Construction - #255157

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in the Davie area. This is an opportunity to join a reputable and fast-growing general contractor with a strong pipeline of healthcare work across South Florida.

Known for their quality work, strong client relationships, and supportive team culture, they have a consistent backlog of hospital, surgical center, and medical office buildouts ranging from $5M-$50M. Description

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning and budgeting to final turnover

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery

• Maintain strong communication with healthcare clients and internal stakeholders

• Monitor project schedules, safety compliance, cost control, and quality standards

• Lead project meetings, review contract documents, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Ensure all work is executed according to healthcare regulatory standards and AHCA compliance when required

Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in healthcare projects

• Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and healthcare-specific building requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors, budgets, and project schedules

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
