A leading general contractor in Davie, Florida is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven background in healthcare construction. This is a long-term opportunity for a detail-oriented leader to manage ground-up and renovation projects in active medical environments.

Description
Manage the full project lifecycle of healthcare construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and owners to ensure timely project delivery
Oversee and enforce compliance with all AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) and healthcare construction regulations
Provide regular progress reports, manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Lead weekly project meetings and maintain constant communication with clients and stakeholders
Profile
5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects, ideally with AHCA-compliant work
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and healthcare facility requirements
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000-$130,000 based on experience
