A well-established general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in ground-up multifamily construction to oversee projects in the Davie, Florida area. This is a long-term opportunity for a driven leader who can manage multiple project phases from preconstruction through closeout.

Description
Oversee day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination with field teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the duration of each project
Manage project timelines, change orders, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards
Lead subcontractor and vendor management, including contract negotiations and performance oversight
Collaborate with Preconstruction and Estimating teams during early project phases
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and internal policies
Profile
5+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects
A background working with general contractors or developers in Florida
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
