About The Role
We’re seeking a thoughtful and meticulous Recruiter to join our Talent team. This person will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for Turn/River Capital's internal teams, with an initial focus on our Investment hiring needs. In this role, you’ll have direct influence over the caliber of professionals who drive our firm's success. We’ll also want your input in developing and implementing strategic talent initiatives, with a built-in path toward career advancement within our dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external search firms, and candidates.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external search firms, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of internal roles across Turn/River’s Investment, Operations, and Platform teams, including ownership of key hiring programs like our annual Analyst and Associate class.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish efficient recruiting processes, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and offers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external search partners.
- Ensure data accuracy within applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Continuously refine recruiting processes and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
- Represent Turn/River professionally in all candidate and partner interactions.
- 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within an internal talent team or fast-paced executive search environment (or both).
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience recruiting for a private equity firm is not mandatory, but is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Ability to operate with urgency, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and maintain structured processes.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness, showing creativity and resilience in overcoming challenges.
- San Francisco, hybrid work model
- The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000, taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements.
