We are seeking a Field Support Manager (FSM) to join our team. The Field Support Manager will collaborate with the Field Support Directors, National Account Executives, and designated clients to maximize the use of Sodexo/Entegra’s contracted programs. The FSM will report to the Field Support Director. The ideal Field Support Manager will possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing them to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions. We are looking for someone with the expertise and personality to implement solutions effectively, serve as a consultant, and act as a resource for external customers. The FSM role will require strong presentation skills. The FSM must feel comfortable presenting business reviews and data to a board room of clients. This position demands someone with a blend of analytical prowess, interpersonal finesse, and a deep understanding of procurement dynamics. Their ability to serve as a consultant and resource for external clients will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Sodexo/Entegra’s programs. A solid foundation in business acumen, coupled with a proactive approach, will enable the chosen candidate to deliver measurable improvements and drive operational excellence.

Ideal candidate must reside in the Western US. There is 30% overnight travel to assigned accounts in the assigned territory.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strategies to sell the value of the SDX/Entegra contracted program that will improve compliance at the unit, affiliate and client level using data to identify and target areas of highest opportunity.
  • Identify and communicate cost savings opportunities (product and vendor) that are available through approved Sodexo/Entegra approved vendor partners.
  • Align with Entegra Segment Leaders to strategically focus and identify targeted units, affiliates and clients
  • Work with internal teams and digital tools (EntegraPuchasingIQ & Entegra Shopping Assistant) to produce and present opportunity assessments to find additional cost savings and or conversions to higher quality or higher yield products. Support Entegra programs with an understanding of our technology services and feel comfortable presenting and training digital solutions to clients.
  • Involve key contacts with approved suppliers, distributors, and brokers, to solve account-level service related level issues.
  • Expedite vendor resources for all new client on-boarding activities to ensure seamless transition for new Entegra clients.
  • Assist Entegra locations in meeting the requirements of their operational and financial goals. Delivers updates on contracted program changes and/or enhancements in conjunction with the program activation team.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to clients with confidence, effectively engaging with groups during presentations. Communicate key information clearly and respond to spontaneous questions with ease.
  • Communicates key industry insights and market trends and suggests ways to keep up with those trends with specific contracted food, equipment, and supplies.
  • Aligns manufacturers and brokers with customers when it is necessary to enhance the participant’s understanding of how to utilize key preferred products and programs.
  • Support disaster preparedness and recovery activities throughout the year and on demand as needed.
  • Work with Entegra Culinary Team to promote and align EPK services for client menu design, efficiencies of client F&B operations, and product cuttings for opportunity conversions to contracted programs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 year’s operational management experience
  • 3 years’ experience in a sales and account support in a client facing role
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Skilled at managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce skills
