Connect with customers and respond promptly to leads through phone, text, email, and in-person visits

Create an exceptional buying experience by listening closely and offering real solutions

Become a product expert so you can confidently explain vehicle features, trims, and options

Collaborate with teammates to hit goals and deliver consistent value to our customers

Grow daily—learn new skills, refine your approach, and keep leveling up your career

Who We're Looking For

Sales or retail experience is a plus, especially in automotive—but we’re open to training the right person

Great communicator who can engage naturally and make others feel comfortable

Active listener with emotional intelligence and empathy

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing focus

Ambitious, goal-oriented, and ready to put in the work to achieve big things
