Sales Manager Full Time position with Loomis Communities The Loomis

the years ahead. SUMMARY: Works to maintain budgeted occupancy of Loomis
Communities, and supports growth of the Loomis Communities waiting list.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs job functions in a manner consistent with
the mission and goals of the Loomis Communities. Adheres to The Loomis
Communities Compliance and Ethics Program. Demonstrates an awareness of,
a respect for and attention to the diversity of the people with whom
they interact (persons served, personnel, families/caregivers, and other
stakeholders) that is reflected in attitudes, behavior and services.
Completes phone calls, tours, and other contacts in a timely manner.
Makes presentations and gives tours to potential residents. Maintains
regular contact with a variety of referral sources as well as potential
and waiting list prospects. Qualifies prospects for level of interest,
physical need, age, financial ability, and desired date of occupancy.
Ensures that all marketing inquiries and contacts are maintained in the
marketing data base system. Works to identify and implement strategies
and campaigns, including media, PR, newsletters, special events, web
site information, and other activities Assists prospects with
applications and move-in process. Demonstrates a willingness to work
beyond normal hours when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Education:
Bachelor?s Degree Preferred Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing
preferred. Required Experience: Two years? experience in sales and
marketing Preffered Experience: Sales and Marketing in a senior living
environment Skills/Compentencies: Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete
variables in standardized situations. Ability to read, write, and speak
English. Ability to relate well to all residents, including the
emotionally upset. Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents,
family members, visitors and the public. Ability to report to work
regularly and promptly. Ability to work beyond normal hours when
necessary.
