Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new opportunities and close deals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and canvassing.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored HVAC solutions to clients.
- Build long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the HVAC industry.
- Represent Seaside Air Services professionally at community events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Travel locally as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or related industries.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - must be personable and skilled at building rapport.
- Nothing-is-impossible attitude with a strong sense of urgency and creativity to outperform the competition.
- Proven ability to deliver results and exceed sales targets.
- Highly motivated to make a better life through personal achievement and performance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
