Senior Recruiter for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC)
Responsibilities
Deliver full life-cycle recruitment to Honeywell Business Groups and/or Corporate Functions for high level leadership roles.
Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, partner with Human Resources and Hiring Leaders to understand business priorities.
Provide strategic guidance and support to deliver on talent needs.
Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution oriented results.
Understand key metrics designed to predict staffing needs and build effective strategies to meet goals.
Leverage succession plans and internal talent tools to increase internal hires.
Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines and launch required assessments for candidates and leverage results for screening selection.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools.
Work in a performance metric driven environment where quality/quantity of hires, hiring manager/candidate experience, time to fill, diverse slates and requisition load are measured.
Additional Information
Job Site: Charlotte, NC
40 hours/week
Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500

You Must Have
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and five (5) years of Recruiting experience. Full term of experience must include: agency/ corporate recruiting experience within a multinational environment; cold calling; recruiting from and hiring for fortune 100 candidates; recruiting high level managerial talent; and ATS and CRM expert level usage. Telecommuting permitted. Employer will accept pre-Bachelor’s experience.
