We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with contract execution and ensure all contractual documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Coordinate and maintain pre-project documentation, including kickoff materials, checklists, and internal approvals.
• Document, organize, and manage backlog documentation, ensuring files are up-to-date and easily accessible to the project and leadership team.
• Maintain and regularly update project forecasting documents to provide leadership with clear visibility for accurate planning, resource allocation, and decision-making.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and deadlines.
• Track and ensure regular project status updates are completed and distributed to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Assist in tracking project milestones, risks, and deliverables, and help facilitate internal communications between cross-functional teams.
• Support general project coordination activities including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining project files.
• Perform additional coordination or administrative tasks as requested to support project success and team efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or related roles
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in construction, technology, engineering, or professional services industries a plus
