Summary:
The Vendor Management Administrator is responsible for assisting in the overall entry, maintenance, reconciliation, and management of vendor data and contracts. Will also assist with various tasks in the Vendor Management department.

The Vendor Management Administrator is responsible for assisting in the overall entry, maintenance, reconciliation, and management of vendor data and contracts. Will also assist with various tasks in the Vendor Management department.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enters vendor data and contracts into vendor management systems.
- Manages data to ensure vendor lists and data are kept current.
- Reconciles vendor lists.
- Manages changes to vendor data.
- Assists with completing analyses and documentation on vendor partners.
- Provides vendor management support to the business departments and channels.
- Performs other tasks and projects, as needed.
- Assist with the payment and processing of vendor invoices
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical School preferred.
- 1-2 years prior Vendor Management experience preferred
