Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Shift: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team every other weekend. If you're organized, professional, and enjoy working in a healthcare setting, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities include:

• Answer phones, take and relay messages, make appointments, and provide general information to visitors and callers.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
• Perform basic recordkeeping and clerical tasks.
• Transfer information between records, such as labeling folders with patient details.
• Post admission information and prepare department lists and logs.
• Cross-index and file documents using alphabetical, numerical, or chronological systems.
• Retrieve and organize records as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date files and documentation.
• Complete miscellaneous administrative assignments as directed.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm in emergencies.
• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical or receptionist experience preferred.
