Job Summary

As a system level employee, the Team Member Wellness Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, planning, and facilitating health and wellness activities and programming for Prisma Health team members. The Wellness Coordinator plans and implements classes, speakers, seminars, and resources that promote healthy lifestyles. The Wellness Coordinator collaborates with other departments as appropriate to support communication of these programs and the subsequent evaluation of programming.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyles and improve employee well-being. - 10%
  • Collaborate with HR department to assess employee needs and interests, and tailor wellness programs accordingly. - 10%
  • Coordinate and facilitate wellness workshops, seminars, and events on topics such as stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mental health. - 10%
  • Facilitate access to health assessments and screenings to gather baseline data and track employee progress throughout the program. -10%
  • Provide individual and group wellness coaching to employees, offering guidance and support in achieving their health goals. - 10%
  • Collaborate with external vendors and healthcare providers to offer additional resources and services to employees. - 10%
  • Develop and distribute wellness materials, resources, and newsletters to promote awareness and engagement in wellness initiatives. - 10%
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee participation and outcomes in wellness programs. - 10%
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in workplace wellness, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our wellness program. - 10%
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives through data analysis and feedback, making recommendations for improvement as needed. - 10%

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - Health education, wellness, counseling or a related field
  • 2 years - Coordinating programs
