Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and work alongside a small crew of laborers and finishers
- Oversee residential concrete and excavation operations from start to finish
- Set up forms, pour, and finish concrete when needed
- Read blueprints, mark layouts, and ensure proper measurements
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage on site
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce company safety procedures
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project delivery
- Report daily progress to upper management and troubleshoot challenges
- Train and mentor crew members in company methods and expectations
- 4-5 years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or in a supervisory role in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and site prep
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
- Effective communicator and natural leader with problem-solving skills
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must bring personal tools and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
