Overview
The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a positive and engaging work environment for employees. This position focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, managing workplace operations, and implementing programs that promote a productive workplace culture.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $60,000 to $65,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and execute workplace events, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement through feedback surveys and focus groups.
• Collaborate with facilities teams to ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, benefits, and programs, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Assist in creating a welcoming experience for new hires, including orientation programs and workspace setup.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and amenities to enhance the work environment.
• Collect and analyze employee satisfaction and workplace experience data to inform improvements.
• Work closely with HR, management, and other departments to align workplace initiatives with organizational goals.
• Performs other related duties as requested by superiors.

Qualifications
- IOSH certified (or willing to become within probationary period)
- Previous experience, and comfort working with technology in service delivery, and possessing the ability to adapt to new technology as it is launched
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of, and previous experience of delivering, exceptional service
- Confident communicator
- Competent user of Microsoft Office package
- Fluent written and spoken English
- This is not a desk-based role; you will be expected to be present and mobile within the floor engaging with the UiPath workforce
