Our mission is to equip people with biblical principles to renew lives, restore families, revitalize churches and reproduce influencers – worldwide. To accomplish this mission we produce radio broadcasts, Bible-based resources, provide training on peer-to-peer biblical counseling, discipleship and leadership development.

About The Position

Hope for the Heart is seeking a dynamic Advertising & Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and working with both internal teams and outside agencies to execute advertising and media functions to accomplish goals. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities, long-term strategizing, and be driven to meet the ministry’s goals of building an engaged audience. Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and target audiences for Hope for the Heart and the International Christian Coaching Institute
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and outside ad agency to plan and execute advertising and media buys to meet ministry goals
  • Plan, implement, and manage all details of media campaigns with outside agency; including A/B testing, budgeting and optimization of campaigns to meet goals
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal marketing team and driving collaboration
  • Work with data analyst to measure effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and media using tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Report with the VP of Marketing & Communications to recommend enhancing and improving media practices
  • Research and identify emerging media trends to inform campaign strategies
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, advertising strategies, and budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Media or Advertising Manager, Media Director, Media Planner, or similar role
  • Deep understanding of media trends, practices, and developments
  • Experience developing campaign and channel specific measurement plans
  • Knowledge of the Christian ministry landscape and Christian consumer a plus
  • Familiarity with digital advertising including Meta and YouTube, as well as print media and other platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Approaches tasks and goals with a problem-solving lens
  • Detail-oriented team player who is self-motivated
  • Ability to conduct thorough research
