The Brand President is responsible for leading the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the brand. This role drives the long-term vision and business model development in alignment with corporate goals, while ensuring strong brand identity, market presence, and franchisee success. The Brand President leads cross-functional teams, oversees brand operations and financial performance, supports franchise development and onboarding, and fosters a high-performing team culture rooted in accountability and results. This individual will serve as the brand’s strategic leader, focused on scaling a sustainable and competitive franchise network through operational excellence and deep collaboration across internal departments and franchisees.

This individual will serve as the brand’s strategic leader, focused on scaling a sustainable and competitive franchise network through operational excellence and deep collaboration across internal departments and franchisees.
Key Accountabilities
- Brand Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the brand’s long-term vision, business model, and market positioning. Drive innovation and strategic partnerships to ensure competitiveness and alignment with corporate goals.
- Brand Performance: Oversee brand identity, marketing, and public relations to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values. Manage brand-level financials, pricing strategies, vendor relationships, and compliance.
- Franchisee Success & Operational Excellence: Support franchisee growth and profitability through coaching, performance monitoring, and financial optimization. Streamline operations and partner with internal teams to deliver effective, scalable support.
- Building Team & Culture: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team aligned with the brand’s mission and values. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and transparent communication.
- Franchise Development: Collaborate on franchisee recruitment, vetting, and onboarding to ensure alignment with brand standards. Support new franchisees through training, coaching, and launch readiness to drive long-term success.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Minimum of ten (10) or more years of executive leadership or five (5) or more years franchising leadership experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams in a date-driven environment.
- Demonstrates ability to building a successful and high performing team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple project simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or communications or related field
- Experience working in franchise environment preferred.
- Experience with the Traction EOS Model preferred.
